Hola Ladies, hope everyone is enjoying the summer and getting plenty of sunshine, well here it has been hotter than ever again, so I decided to take myself off to do some scrapping to escape the heat. I want to share with you my layout I have made for June's My Creative Scrapbook challenge. The photo is of my dear Niece Ruby when she was only 11 months old and now she is 3, growing so fast. The papers I have used are Pink Paislee from my monthly kit from My Creative Scrapbook, the kits are jam packed each month with beautiful co-ordinated papers, lots of lovely prima flowers and lots of yummy embellishments, I do so love getting my monthly kits, stalking the postie now for next months kit.

A bit of this and a bit of that!!!!
When not spending time in the pool chilling, I have been getting around to finishing off a couple of projects, from my last couple of scrapbooking retreats.
My first project is a fabulous album I made at Scrapstars retreat in Leeds back in April, this class was taught by the lovely Jolanda Meurs, it is such a pretty album, I like the felt flowers and bo bunny embellishments and paper we used.
In May I went back to England to visit family and friends and also went to a retreat in Derbyshire, Creative Heart and Soul, it was my first time at this retreat, it was a fab weekend meeting up with new and old friends, the next retreat is in October and I will certainly be looking forward to that.
Here are a few of my finished classes, still have a couple to finish off.
This class was taught by Tracie Hudson, it was a double layout class and I enjoyed doing this one, loved all the fussy cutting.
This class was taught by Jen Starr from the United States of America, she was so lovely, loved her accent and she taught an amazing class with distress inks and so many different ink techniques.
Thanks for taking the time to look at my blog and your comments are very much appreciated.
Muchas Gracias xxx
Mr. Mischief!!!!
Well the title says it all, doesn't it.
This is my layout I did for this months sketch over on U. K. Scrappers. A few months ago I was invited to join a sketch group called scrap a sketch, they are a wonderful group of ladies some I have met at scrapbooking retreats and some only on line, they are truly a talented group of ladies.

Scrapstar Retreat in Leeds.
What a fabulous weekend I had at the Scrapstars retreat, never laughed and ate so much, did manage to do a little bit of scrapping between talking, eating and laughing.
It was not such a good start to the weekend, I set off from home to Alicante airport to be told my flight had been delayed by 3 hours, not alot I could do but just sit and wait, finally I boarded 3 hours 20 mins late, got to the Hotel in Leeds just in time for the first class.
The classes were amazing, there were six class, Kirsty Wiseman, Lida De Witte and Jolanda Meurs from Holland and the lovely Emma Trout. I am still putting finishing touches to my projects and will post as soon as I complete them.
The weekend was so much fun and to top it off, I spent it with some very lovely people who I can call very dear friends.
Here are a few photos of our weekend:

This is my take on the sketch over at My Creative Sketches. I loved the sketch and all the layers, and when I received my new monthly kit I simply fell in love with the papers, the colours and all the fabulous embellishments.
Here is the sketch I used.
I hope you enjoy and thanks for taking the time to leave comments. Many thanks.

Retreat Class Layouts!!!!
Finally I have my class layouts finished, just had to add a couple of finishing touches to them.
The first layout "I LOVE MY BOY" was taught by Louise, loved the papers they are one of my favourite brands, My Minds Eye.
"DREAMY EYES" This class was taught by Claire, loved making the chipboard shappy shutters and flower, I think this was most probably one of my favourite classes of the weekend.
The photo is of my gorgeous Niece Ruby.
"ALBIE" Another photo of my adorable pooch little Albie, this class was designed by Helen.
"NO TITLE YET" Loved this class designed and taught by the very lovely Tracy, enjoyed the inking and the idea of the frame.
I still have another couple of layouts to photograph, will pop them on along with a couple of other layouts I did at the retreat.
Hasta luego mis amigos.
