Happy Christmas !!!! Feliz Navidad!!!!
I have managed to do a little crafting in the past few days, here are a few photos. I made these very quick gift bags for the girls at my Spanish school, they have yummy lindt lindor chocolates in them.I treated myself to some crafting goodies the other week and they arrived all nicely wrapped in very nice christmassy tissue paper with cute reindeers on. And here is a layout I made from some of my new crafting goodies, the layout is of my Hubbie and our King Charles Cavaliers, who are both not with us anymore, miss you boys. The photo was taken in the UK our last Christmas there before we moved to Spain. Wishing all my crafting friends a very Happy Christmas!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you all have a fabulous day with your Family and Friends and thanks once again for all your wonderful comments on my blog, they are very much appreciated. I will leave you with a photo of my pooch Albie, aka The Grinch, he was not too happy having to wear this Santa hat for this photo.

Challenge Time!!!!!
Here is my layout for the third sketch contest at My Creative Scrapbook, using this sketch, which I have rotated and only used two photos. I have really enjoyed doing these challenges each month and there are some fabulous prizes, so why don't you go and check out their blog.
The layout is one of my beautiful Niece, Sophie. I have used the lovely Bo Bunny papers, Gabrielle range, also used lots of prima flowers and cut the butterflies from the Bo Bunny papers then used my stickles around the edges of the butterflies, I have distressed the papers and then inked and embossed with some copper embossing powders also I have done a lot of hand sewing on the layout. Hope you like it and many thanks for looking.

This Beautiful layout by the very talented lady Rachael Elliott
I enjoyed doing this page, I have made a few alterations to my layout, but as the layout was so lovely, I did not have to change it that much. Many thanks to Rachael for letting me lift her beautiful work. I hope I have done it justice, here is my layout.

Autumn has arrived!!!
Well I can definitley say Autumn is here, the days are much cooler which is very pleasant after our very hot summer. The cooler days means catch up time with all those little jobs that we were not able to do during the hot summer and hopefully a little more scrapping on those cold winter nights.
I have been trying to keep myself busy with going back to school to master the Spanish language, one day I will understand the jargon of subject pronouns, reflexive pronouns and whatever else is thrown at me, hopefully I will grasp this language one fine day.
The last few days I have been finishing some layouts I started a couple of weeks ago, putting the finishing touches to them.
The first layout I did was for a scrapping challenge over on My Creative Scrapbooking, this was a sewing challenge, of which I like doing on most of my layouts. The photo is of my dear little Niece Ruby.
..... and here are a few close ups, hope you enjoy.
The next couple of layouts are scraplifts from the very talented lady Emma Trout who I met for the very first time at this years Scrapstars retreat where she was teaching, her work is awesome, pop over and have a look at her Blog
These are Emma's pages,
These are my interpretation of Emma's pages.

DAY AT THE BEACH
Today we decided to have a day at the beach in Mojacar, as the weather is getting cooler and more pleasant, its still in the late 70's here and October has been a lovely month.
Albie and I had a run on the beach and in the sea and it was still nice and warm. He was not too sure about the waves he prefers to run on dry land.

SCRAPSTARS CLASSES
Here are a few of the layouts from my fabby weekend in Leeds at the Scrapstars retreat, I still have a few of the projects to finish but,
I have been a little bit poorly, with a bad chest and cold and today is the
only day I have felt like doing any scrapping and felt like I am back in the land of living again!!!
This class was taught by the ever talented lady, Kirsty Wiseman. It is a canvas using cosmic glimmer mists, love the colours and I think they go so well with my photo of my ever gorgeous dog Albie.
This is the layout from Rachael Elliot's class, she is such an inspiration, check out her blog. I love her work, like all the handcutting and the velum on this page. My photo is of my Niece Sophie, using the gorgeous Websters pages.
TRAVIS - THANKFUL FOR YOU
This class was taught by another talented lady, Emma Trout. I found her class very exciting, loved the concept of this class with the idea of the memory jar on the page, the layout is of my dearly beloved dog Travis who sadly I lost this year in May, this page will definitely be treasured.
Another class by Emma Trout, using the ever gorgous Websters pages, my layout is of a recent trip to Egypt in a hot air balloon.
Balloon Trip - Journey
Hope you have enjoyed my layouts and thanks for taking the time to look at my blog.

NO PLACE LIKE HOME!!!
It's so nice to back home, missed my boys and I suppose I missed the old man, we celebrated our wedding anniversary on Friday the 30th, 28 years.
I spent 6 days in the UK, at the weekend I was in Leeds at the Scrapstars retreat and had a great time, scrapping, eating and lots of talking. It was so lovely to meet old friends from past retreats and make new friends who I had only spoke to over the Internet.
The weekend was packed with 8 classes starting on the Friday night through to the Sunday, and the classes and teachers were amazing with their stunning creations. I only managed to complete 2 of the classes, might have been because I spent more time chatting and eating, I had a fab time and will definitely do it all again.
